CICCC Update—25 July 2017 Meeting
Reporting by Terminals Pty Ltd
The July meeting of the CICCC focussed on the reporting of incidents at the site by Terminals. Since the adoption of the new Integrum system, reports can only easily be prepared in a few forms, tailored towards providing management with the information they require. As a result it is somewhat laborious for reports of incidents to be provided to the Committee as they have been in the past. The meeting explored how some accommodation of the Committee’s requirements might be met.
The slow progress with getting up-to-date with Annual Reports and the new Environment Improvement Report was also noted.
New CEO
Gary O’Sullivan advised the Committee that Terminals Pty Ltd had a new CEO, Nick Moen. Nick has wide experience as an officer with the Royal NZ Navy, and with BP in New Zealand, Australia and UK in a number of senior positions, most recently leading the transformation of BP’s Australian business over 2015 and 2016.

The next meeting will be held at the Terminals Site Office at McKenzie Road, Coode Island, on Tuesday 14 November 2017 at 3pm.
