CICCC Update—14 November 2017 Meeting
Restructure at Terminals Pty Ltd
Phil Jones, the National Australian Operations Team manager for Terminals Pty Ltd, attended the meeting and advised the committee about the recent changes to the management structure.
Nicolas Moen, Terminal’s CEO, has implemented restructuring to level management out, including the removal of State Managers’ positions. Unfortunately Don McKenzie and Deb Brown’s positions were made redundant. There is no real change for the remaining structure. Wayne Cooke, the Victorian Maintenance Manager, also attended the meeting.
Reporting by Terminals Pty Ltd
A matter of concern to the CICCC has been the long delays by Terminals Pty Ltd in completing outstanding reports, including annual reports to the community going back to 2013-2014, implementation reviews of the 2013-2016 Environment Improvement Program, preparation of a new EIP. Phil Jones confirmed that the new management strongly supported the work of the committee, said that any reports the committee wanted would be provided, and that he would review the outstanding reports with a view to their provision.
The Committee welcomed that commitment by Terminals Pty Ltd
Phil presented the quarterly operations report for the facility, which show-cased the reporting facility of the new Integrum maintenance system.

The next meeting will be held at the Terminals Site Office at McKenzie Road, Coode Island, on Tuesday 20 February 2018 at 3pm.
